Rockford - Rick Ray Johnson, 52, of Rockford, passed away in Rockford Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, April 11, 2012. Born in Rockford on October 13, 1959, the son of Wallace and Wilma (Van Brocklin) Johnson. He loved music, fishing, any local park, and lovingly took care of his mom.

He is survived by his mother, Wilma J. Johnson; brother, Steven (Helen) Johnson; sister, Connie (Donald) White; and eight nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father and special friend, Ron Hayes.
